1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of SayNext (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What SayNext is
SayNext is an AI communication coach that suggests replies, tone fixes, and coaching for your conversations. All suggestions are generated by AI and provided "as is" for your consideration. You decide what to send, and you are solely responsible for anything you send.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use SayNext. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use SayNext to harass, threaten, deceive, defraud, manipulate, or harm any person, or to create content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or abusive. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI-generated content
Suggestions are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or offensive. SayNext does not review suggestions before you see them and does not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any suggestion before you use it.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
SayNext offers a free tier and paid plans (Confident and Coach). Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD; regional payment providers may apply local currency and taxes. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the text you paste into SayNext. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to generate suggestions and operate the Service. We do not sell your content. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled, including that raw message text is not stored by default.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SayNext and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using SayNext and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SayNext is a tool, not professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayNext will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any suggestion. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
